I cannot process my order / the payment does not go through

As a first step, we recommend that you try on another browser or clear your cache. This usually does the trick. If the problem persists, feel free to get in touch with our customer care team.

I forgot to add some products to my order. Can I do this retrospectively?

Unfortunately, the addition of items after an order has been placed is not possible. The best thing to do is to place an additional order including the outstanding items.

Can you issue a VAT invoice for my order?

We send you an order confirmation every time you place an order with us. You can download the invoice through the ''View invoice'' link in those emails and save/ print them.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

We hope that you won’t need to return your order. If you do need to, then please contact our customer care team and we’ll issue a return label.

Please note that for hygiene reasons the products have to be in perfect condition and completely sealed in order for us to accept the return.

How quickly will I receive a refund?

Once we receive the products in our warehouse and they pass our return check list, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 10 working days for this.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. We recommend that you let us know as quickly as possible so that the order doesn’t get shipped. Please note our Terms and Conditions in the Shipping and Delivery section.

If the order is out for delivery already, you can refuse the delivery

If you have accepted the delivery, we can provide you with a return label.

As soon as we receive the parcel in the warehouse and are able to re-stock this, we will be able to refund your order. Please note our Terms and Conditions for our return policy.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to fulfil your order within 5 working days from the date of the order confirmation.

We endeavour to start processing orders on the same day they are submitted if they are placed before 12pm from Monday to Friday. Any orders submitted after 12pm on Friday will be handled on the following Monday.

What are your shipping costs and which services do you offer?

You can choose one of the following shipping methods when placing an order in the UK.

Evri 2–3 business days

For orders up to £150, a standard shipping rate of £2.90 per parcel will be added at the checkout.

Orders over £150 qualify for free shipping.

Evri 1–2 business days

For orders up to £300, we offer express shipping for £5.90

We offer free express shipping for any orders over £300.

Where’s my order?

You should have received a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Sometimes this can land in your spam folder.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do! We ship to many international destinations. Visit our international website at www.makewellforyou.eu to view a full list of shipping destinations. We do not offer shipping to the US or Canada.

Do you ship to the US?

We currently do not fulfil orders to the US.

My order has not been delivered / is lost. What should I do?

Initially we would ask you to please check with your neighbours, back doors etc, in many cases the parcel can be found there. If a parcel is lost, please get in touch and we will reach out to the carrier for an update.

A product is missing from my order or I received a wrong item

We’re sorry if something is wrong with your order, if you get in touch with our Customer Care Team as soon as possible we can help to solve any issues you may have.

Our Products

Are your products vegan-friendly?

Yes, all of our products are plant–based. We work hard to provide you with products that are cruelty free and free-from any animal derived ingredients.

What are the capsules made from?

Our capsules are made from Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose or HPMC. It’s made from cellulose fibre and therefore considered natural, as well as being vegan-friendly.

For the Antiox Cell Protect and G.I. Flora Immune products we use DRcaps® (delayed release caps). These are plant-based but have the added benefit of withstanding your stomach acid to deliver the ingredients straight to the small intestine.

How should I store my MakeWell products?

It’s important to store your products in a cool dark place and away from direct sunlight, please note it is also important to close the lid tightly when not in use.

Are the products safe and how are they checked?

The quality and safety of our range is our top priority. All our products are manufactured in certified facilities. Each batch of raw ingredients are lab-tested for their purity and safety.

My products and some capsules differ in colour or consistency. What does this mean?

Any inconsistencies are harmless, here at MakeWell we are working with high quality natural raw ingredients like plant powders and extracts. Fluctuations in colour and texture are not unusual, especially as we are avoiding the use of any technical adjuvants.

Why have some of the formulas changed?

We always keep up with the latest science and we also work closely with leading doctors and nutritionists. This means we will update our formulas to create the best possible health supplements for you.

Do you offer an affiliate programme?

Currently we do not offer an affiliate programm. However, you can open a practicioner account with our partner Amrita Nutrition.

Can I request a product brochure?

For patients, we generally refer to our websites product pages or to consult with the responsible health care practitioner. At the moment we do not offer any marketing materials that we can send out to patients or end consumers.
